In early March, I was requested to create a presentation for business leaders to discuss IPv6 security. The event was titled IPv6 future, and was sponsored by Capital Technology Management Hub in McLean Virginia. My specific presentation was called “Both sides of IPv6 security” and focused on the fact that we both need IPv6 and you must take certain actions to mitigate the security threats. The presentation went well, the executives were nice, but did not end up with any work from the event – did have dinner and drinks, though. Guess things balance out in the end.
